How To Use Our Coloring Pages
Give your Christmas Tree coloring pages a festive twist with these craft and activity ideas! From ornaments to decorations, these projects will bring a little holiday cheer to your art project.
DIY Christmas Tree Ornaments
Choose any Christmas tree coloring page, print it scaled down to about 3-4 inches tall, and color it in. Cut out the tree and glue it onto a piece of felt or stiff fabric for added sturdiness. To help the ornament last year after year, seal the paper side with a layer of Mod Podge (matte or gloss). Punch a hole at the top and add a loop of ribbon or twine for hanging.
3D Christmas Tree Display
Select a Christmas tree page of your choosing and color it. After you’ve finished, glue on small pom poms, buttons, acorns, sequins, or beads to decorate the tree like ornaments. You can even add scraps of fabric for garlands or use cotton balls at the base for snow. Give your page texture and turn it into a tactile holiday display.
Reusable Holiday Placemat
After coloring your Christmas tree page, cut out a placemat shape from butcher paper (large enough to hold your plate and utensils). Glue your finished coloring page on top—you can cut around the tree or leave the page whole. Once everything is glued together, cover the entire placemat with clear contact paper to seal it. Trim any excess edges of the contact paper for a clean finish. Now you have a cute reusable placemat perfect for holiday feasts!
