How To Use Our Coloring Pages

Want to turn your coloring pages into something Mom can keep? Here are a couple simple Mother’s Day craft ideas that let kids get creative while making something straight from the heart.

Paper Flower Bouquet

Cut 2-3″ squares of colorful tissue paper, then cut out your flower bouquet from the coloring page (adults may need to help little ones with this). Use glue to attach the tissue squares as petals, adding pom-poms or gems stickers to the center. Color the stems with markers or crayons, or glue rolled tissue paper for a textured effect.

DIY Art Frame

Glue your finished coloring page to a piece of cardboard. An old box or other shipping material works here. Using foam stickers to decorate the edges and create a DIY art frame. Optional: Punch two holes at the top and thread through yarn to make a hanging picture.

Best Mom Award

Turn the Best Mom Award coloring page into a real trophy Mom can proudly display. After coloring, mount the page to cardboard and cut out the shape. Decorate it with metallic markers, or glitter pens to give it some extra sparkle. Use neon highlighters or bright, bold colored markers for the flowers to make Mom’s trophy truly stand out.

DIY Gift Bag Art

Color a page like the Hoppy Mother’s Day Frog, then cut out the characters or main design. Glue your pieces to the front of your gift bag. Any Mother’s Day gift presented in gift wrap decorated by her child is sure to make her smile!
